For the weekend of May 7th and 8th, Adega will be serving our delicious Lobster Bisque! Come by this weekend and grab a bowl!

Here’s a quick post on the current specials at Adega. It is now also available on the menu under “Mediterranean Flatbreads, Pastas, & Specials.”

Adega Chicken Kabob

Adega marinated chicken tenderloins, skewered with red onions, red and green bell peppers,  over lemon pepper seasoned rice.


Beef Tenderloin Skewers

Marinated beef tenderloin, skewered w/ onion, zucchini, yellow squash, atop seasoned rice w/ red pepper chimichurri sauce!


Soft Shell Crab Sandwich

Whale size soft shell crab fresh from the eastern shore!! Dusted in Adega’s seasoned flour and deep fried, served with red onion, lettuce & tomato on a Kaiser roll w/ a yellow pepper aioli!!

We’ve selected some of the very best cheeses from around the world for you!!

Selections will always vary based on the availability for the the week!!  Enjoy with just wine or for after dinner!!!


Grilled Salmon

Grilled Atlantic Portion Salmon Topped With Basil Pesto, w/ Red Skin Garlic Mash, and Grilled Asparagus.


Shrimp & Crabmeat Stuffed Avocados!!

Jumbo lump crabmeat and shrimp tossed in Adega’s special brandy sauce, laid on top of two ripe avocados.


Grilled Fish Tacos

2 Fresh Cod loins marinated in tequila-cilantro lime, laid in citrus slaw, topped w/ grilled papaya salsa, & presented in a flour tortilla.

Served with kettle chips.


Flat Iron Steak






Our ½ lb wine reduction marinated Certified Angus Beef burger, topped with grilled red onions, melted gouda cheese, chipotle bbq sauce, lettuce, tomato, applewood smoked bacon, all on a brioche bun!!


Sundried Tomato Hummus Appetizer

Served w/ toasted pita bread.


Jumbo Shrimp Kabobs

Rosemary and garlic marinated shrimp, skewered w/ red onion, red and green bell peppers topped with yellow bell pepper aioli served over lemon pepper seasoned rice





Fresh PEI mussels sautéed with imported Roquefort cheese, garlic, shallots, cream and touch of white wine!! Served with French baguette and butter!

Pineapple Curry Chicken Sandwich

Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast, Pineapple Curry Sauce, Grilled Pineapple, Red Onions,  Green Leaf Lettuce all served on a toasted Brioche Bun.







Homemade meatballs, topped with fresh marinara sauce & melted buffalo mozzarella & grated pecorino romano cheeses, served on a French baguette. Served with kettle chips.

Tenderloin Saltado

Adega’s version of a classic Peruvian dish with our twist!  Beef tenderloin pieces marinated, and sautéed with tomatoes, sping onions, and red onions, served over seasoned rice


Tuscan Chicken & Mushroom Fusili Pasta

Sauteed Shitake & Portabello mushrooms, and asparagus in marsala wine & herb butter, tossed w/ grilled chicken and Fusili pasta.  Choice of side Caesar or mixed green salad


Jalisco Burger

Our ½ lb wine reduction marinated Certified Angus Beef burger, seasoned with Latin spices, pepper jack cheese, homemade guacamole, shredded romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, fire roasted jalapenos all on a brioche bun!!



Grilled Shrimp Salad (10 pieces of shrimp)

Mixed greens tossed in a citrus vinaigrette, toasted pine nuts, dried cranberries and bruschetta tomatoes.


Coconut Shrimp Salad

Mixed greens tossed in a citrus vinaigrette, diced tomatoes and fried coconut shrimp.


Open Faced Smoked Salmon Tartine

Smoked salmon over two pieces of toasted foccacia, layered with marscapone cheese, blended with rosemary thyme, shallots, topped with spring mixed greens and our citrus vinaigrette, and tomatoes.


Adega Cuban

Pulled pork, black forest ham, Dijon mustard cream sauce, swiss cheese, sliced pickle served on a pressed ciabatta roll.


Charlie Parker Pork BBQ Gouda Sandwich

Pulled BBQ pork topped with gouda cheese, pickled sliced red onions, chipotle BBQ sauce, served on our toasted brioche bun.
